Tentative Tour Itinerary
  • Day 1: Kolhapur - Sirsi:-

    Early Morning leave from Kolhapur to Sirsi. Sirsi was also known as Kalyana Pattana during the Sonda Dynasty. Overnight stay at Sirsi.

     

  • Day 2: Sirsi - Local sightseeing:-

    After breakfast visit Marikamba Temple, famous for its Kavi art. The Sirsi Marikamba temple is decorated with Kavi art on both sides of its walls. Close to the Marikamba temple are the temples dedicated to Maha Ganapati and Shri Gopala krishna Sahasralinga and Banvasi Temple - ancient Shiva Temple. Overnight stay at Sirsi

  • Day 3: Sirsi Jog Falls - Shivamogga:-

    After breakfast proceed to Shivmoga. Enroute visit Jog Falls on Sharavati River falling from height of 253M (830 Fit). It is situated on the borders of Shimoga and North Kanara..Jog falls, being the tallest waterfalls in India is situated in the dense evergreen forests. You can enjoy spectacular sight with rainbows during monsoon season. On arrival in Shivmaogga visit Shivppa Nayaka Palace Museum. Overnight stay at Shivamogga.

  • Day 4: Shivmogga- Shringeri - Udupi:-

    After breakfast proceed to Udupi. Enroute visit Sringeri. Arrival in Shringeri visit Shrikrishna Temple. Shringeri is situated on the banks of the Tunga River and well known for Sharada Peetham Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankara Bhagavatpada established the first of the four Amnaya Peethams1 at Sringeri more than twelve centuries ago to foster the sacred tradition of Sanatana Dharm. After sightseeing proceeds to Udupi. Udupi is notable for the Krishna Temple and lends its name to the popular Udupi cuisine. In Udupi visit Sri Krishna Temple this temple here has a fascinating idol of Lord Krishna that is richly adorned with jewels. Anegudde it is famous for Maha Ganapati Temple, Anegudde is one of the seven places of pilgrimage created by Parashurama. Evening enjoy Malpe Beach. The Malpe Beach with a broad and long yet to develop town beach is a wonderful picnic spot located 6 km away from Udupi. It is very famous for bathing, boating and fishing. Overnight stay at Udupi.


     

  • Day 4: Udupi - Murdeshwar:-

    After breakfast proceeds to Murdeshwar Arrival in Murdeshwar, Murudeshwar, the temple town with a vibrant scenic beauty and golden history, is located on the Arabian seafront in North Kanara Dist, Karnataka. Visit Murudeshwar Temple Murudeshwar Temple is beautifully sculptured in the cave below Lord Shiva statue in Kanduka Hill (Kanduka-Giri). Visit Idgunji Maha Ganapati. Evening enjoy Murdeshwar Beach. Overnight stay at Murdeshwar.

  • Day 5:  Murdeshwar –Gokarna Mahabaleshwar-Karwar:-

    Drive from Murudeshwar. Enroute visit Gokarna Mahabaleshwar. Visit Mahabaleshwar Temple The Mahabaleshwar Temple, Gokarna is a Hindu temple located in Gokarna. Visit Om Beachis two semi-crescent shapes that join together resembling the Hindu religious symbol ‘OM’ is the reason behind the name of the beach. Proceed to Karwar. Karwar lies on the west coast of Southern India at the mouth of the Kali River. Karwar has a good stretch of idyllic beaches and offers stay on two islands located just off its coast i.e. Kurumgad and Devbagh. You can visit Sadashivgad Fort this fort built on a hill located about 2 km from the center of Karwar town. The fort provides picturesque view of Arabian Sea and Kali River to tourists traveling to Karwar. Visit INS Chapel Warship Museum. In the evening enjoy Rabindranath Tagore Beach. Overnight stay at Karwar.

  • Day 6: Karwar – Kolhapur:-

    Early morning proceed to Kolhapur. Vacation comes to an end with good memories that will last forever.
